Mindfulness Meditation -

Is suitable for anyone living with stress, anxiety, pain or illness.  Research has shown that incorporating ‘Mindfulness’ into a busy lifestyle can lead to improved health and well-being.  Drop-in/Taster Sessions are held monthly and dedicated MBSR and MCBT Programmes are scheduled throughout the year. Complementary Therapies -

Many people find that massage and reflexology help reduce stress and aid relaxation and healing.  Complementary Therapy can be a stand alone treatment/therapy or applied alongside and in support of other interventions e.g. counselling, medical treatments etc.
