WHO IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR?
Anyone living with stress, anxiety, depression, pain or illness.
Mindfulness is about being awake and aware and living in the present rather than dwelling on the past which can lead to a sense of regret and depression or worry and anxiety about the future. Weaving mindfulness into your life can help reduce stress and anxiety levels. Research has shown the benefits of incorporating Mindfulness Meditation into a busy lifestyle.
The next programme starts:
Monday 17 October 2022 7- 9.30pm
Induction night Monday 3 October 7 – 8pm (Attendance at the Induction night is recommended)
